How does fractional ownership actually work?

A property is divided into shares held under a registered co-ownership deed. You buy one or more shares and hold a proportional legal interest, along with a proportional claim on any income or sale proceeds.

Is my investment legally protected?

Every share-type listing must upload a registered ownership document before it can be published, and our team verifies it during the approval step. Shares are recorded in your name on the co-ownership deed.

What is the minimum amount I can invest?

It depends on the service type — land shares typically start around ৳5L, hospital shares around ৳10L, and hotel shares around ৳20L. Each opportunity shows its own price per share.

How and when do I receive returns?

Distributions follow the schedule on each opportunity — monthly, quarterly, half-yearly or yearly. Payouts are sent to the bank account or mobile wallet on your profile.

Does it cost anything to list a property?

Listing is free. You only pay if you promote a listing as Featured or Premium, and the rates are shown on the promotion plans page.

How long does listing approval take?

Most listings are reviewed within 24 hours. Submissions missing ownership documents take longer because we have to ask for them.

Can I sell my share before maturity?

Most opportunities allow transfers after the first anniversary. The exact terms are stated on each listing under investment notes.
